Keeping Up with Curriculum: Following the school schedule that should be provided at the start of the school year and according to the student's request, whether to go faster than school's teaching or at the same pace. I don't believe in always teaching ahead as that might take the student's attention from class in school. Tuition is a supplement and should complement the school's lessons.

As a Good Tutor: Understanding the kids' needs and concerns. What does he/she lac confidence in? Is it stressing about whether they have enough time in exams? or about the difficult questions? What are the challenges that they face? I aim to address these in my class to help them build confidence and let them know that they can do it too.
