Rapport Building: I will inform the parents about the child's progress after every lesson and try to let them know how they can further help their child. I also try to help the student as much as possible as every student has different ways of studying and I will assist them in finding the best way to study.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I check the syllabus often and also consult other tuition teachers.

As a Good Tutor: I think that a good tutor comprises of being patient, firm and having the ability to relate with the student. A good tutor should also know the limits of the student and try and get them to do their best but not stress them out.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: Nurturing young minds is my passion and I strive for continuous improvement, always giving my best shot in tailoring every lesson to cater to the students needs. I believe every child is unique; hence, different methods have to be adopted so they can easily maximize their potential. I review my teaching styles regularly as I believe continuous assessment is ideal as the needs do change.

As a Good Tutor: I have taught English to Korean and Indian pupils who have no knowledge in the language, they have passed well and their parents are pleased. I have coached P4 streaming and PSLE pupils from the start of the year till they got their results. Goals were met and they managed to get into their class/school of choice.

Rapport Building: Rapport can be build using small treats such as candies for students if there is an improvement in their grades, or even soft drinks to give them encouragement of homework completion. Parents wise i will give updates on their child's progress every lesson and subsequently let them know of their child's learning speed and adaptation.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: Plenty of research have to be done as syllabus have changed according to times, and it is always good to ask around on the current trends students are using for revision

As a Good Tutor: Basic qualities include patience, commitment, efficiency, and care. Every tutor must be patient as students may not be able to absorb contents fast, and it is the tutor's responsibilities to keep up with the students pace. Tutor must also be committed to bring the best out of their student, and make sure their student excel, and must be quick to respond to various questions.
