I am also holding Maths group tuition at my place on Saturday evenings 5pm till 7pm. (Maximum 4 students)

Rapport Building: I have 14 years of experience working with different students and parents. In other to build good rapports with them, we have to be truthful to them, and learn to understand them from their point of views. The main objective is to break down walls that have been build even before they meet you. I always make it a point to respect a student's and a parent's view and work around it together as a small team.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: Had active sharing with students during tuition sessions and keeping track of the textbooks and teaching styles used by their schools. I believe students are the best source for the latest curriculum.

I met up occasionally with a few friends working in MOE, exchange pointers with fellow tutor friends and check out the latest textbooks at bookstores.
