Commitment / Other Details: Just like how I tackle the problems in school work I also figure out what students lack and target their weak areas for improvement.

Rapport Building: I agree that rapport building is most important. So generally I try to follow the kids needs and only persuade them to focus on their area of weakness if I am convinced they are heading in the wrong direction. For tamil I can handle almost anything on the spot but for mathematics generally I need to come prepared with assessment books. I recommend kids complete the assessment book before class starts so I can mark and go through with them key concepts.
