I build a relationship with students to boost their confidence and never make them feel inferior. No student or child is wrong, it is an experience for them to learn. It is important for them to have confidence and in this their mentality will be focused to strive for excellence.

I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to a tutor I have gotten to know and was taught by through Ace tutors. I want to commend Perin( Navinder ) for being such a dedicated and effective tutor. I appreciate the fact that she gives her fullest attention when teaching and would use suitable methods to improve my grasp of the English language. I must highlight those times when she go out of her way by assessing my compositions I sent through emails even though it is already late in the evening ! I'm Glad and really proud to say that those efforts had paid off well. My usual grade of C5 for English shot up to a grade B3 in the N levels ! Perin started teaching me only 2 months before the N levels and yet I could get the grade I have aimed for ! Without her help, I doubt I would be able to attain my goal for a B3 and hence I would like to commend her through this email. Thank you Ace tutors for giving me such a wonderful tutor !

As a Good Tutor: I recently graduated from Hwa Chong Institution in 2020, achieving a perfect score of 90 RP (7 Distinctions and 1 H3 Merit), and will be studying Law in the near future. As such, I am well-versed with the syllabus and understand the study methods students should employ to achieve excellent results in their examinations. My academic results in school were consistently stellar, and I was awarded Outstanding Student Award in 2018 and 2020, and the Hwa Chong Diploma with Distinction in 2020.

As a tutor, I will always be available for my student for online consults or WhatsApp text consults. I will always follow up with my tutee after every lesson to better understand their difficulties so I will be able to plan a lesson that is suited to their needs. I will also utilise top-school prelim questions to help my tutee consolidate their concepts and identify their learning gaps, exposing them to popular question types.
