Tuition/Teaching Experience: During my JC holidays, I have helped quite a number of my juniors in their studies of various subjects.Even back in my secondary school days, i have been to XingHua primary school to each the kids from lower income families. Also, my experience as a student myself allows me to better communicate with them and gives me the familiarity of the syllabus. These experience allowed me to understand the needs of various backgrounds and finding the best way to cater to the need of the child. I believe that every child is unique and apart from ensuring his or her studies by proving academic materials, i believe that building a inter-personal relationship is vital to encourage the kids to adopt an independent and pro-active learning attitude or even an interest to the field that I am teaching.
