A tutor must also be creative in the teaching method to pique the interest of the student in the taught subject.

In addition, the tutor must also understand that not all students have similar learning styles and capability. Being able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the student will also allow the tutor to deliver the best teaching style to the student.
