Rapport Building: I do not have a standard teaching method because I believe it's not always a "one size fits all" solution. I am not a strict tutor and the secret to maintaining a very close relationship with my students is that I try to put myself in their shoes. Depending on the type of student that I am coaching, I will analyze the personality and study pattern of his/hers before deciding on the teaching method so as to ensure effective learning sessions. To me, learning a language has to be interactive and fun as this would build and keep the interest of the learner. I would create an atmosphere in which the student wants to learn, not because he/she has to. Students learn more when they are learning because they want to and not out of obligation.

Rapport Building: Personally, I am a very cheerful and outgoing person and I have experience dealing with children when it comes to teaching as well. Hence I have the experience to make lessons fun and enjoyable so that the student is more engaged and learns and focuses better in such an environment. I will also be a strict enough teacher ( to an appropriate degree) so that the student also takes lessons seriously and will assign them the due homework to help them improve in their weak areas.
