I have be trained in Restorative Practices and used to conduct trainings for teachers on the ways to build rapport with students by actions, body language, words we use on them and being supportive and patient. Syllabus is downloaded directly from SEAB website. I am in constant contact with my ex colleagues and am updated on changes. The most being moving from SPA(school based practical assessment) to practical exam with the introduction of planning incorporated within. The latest(2018) exam papers from different schools are also sent to me by my ex colleagues
