Rapport Building: I build rapport with students by asking their daily activities and also knowing more about their well being. I like to crack jokes so that to loosen up students. However I will be serious when its the time for studying and tutoring. Weekly I will update parents on the child's progress. I update parents pertaining homework given by me and also whether the child completes them. I will also remind parents to encourage their children to complete homework and to study hard.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I am updated with the educational syllabus and curriculum as I have been teaching students for 5 years. I take the initiative to plan ahead on my tutoring program so as to ensure students have a smooth educational journey with me. I do find for students latest tests and exam papers so that they can practice.

Rapport Building: i would build rapport with my students by being relevant to them, and also understanding them instead of forcing them to follow my ways of thinking. I would keep myself updated with what was taught by my students' teachers, mostly by asking my students because they know best. Also, to know well enough what is it that my student is weak in. As a student myself, i really love physical encouragements like sweets or pens. i think i would practice these on my students as well.

i would build rapport with their parents by being accountable and honest. Assure them about their child's progress and the hiccups i face.

As a Good Tutor: i feel that good tutors not only have to teach well but they have to be consistent as well. consistent in their teaching, and also to be on time for lessons. they have got to be prepared for lessons and have clear lesson objectives. Apart from that, good tutors should be passionate to teach, and ultimately their goal is to help the student achieve a better understanding and interest in the subject instead of focusing on the results itself.

As a Good Tutor: The best tutors for language subjects have the ability to give the correct amount of guidance to help the student arrive at answers. The tutor must create a safe and effective environment for the student to make mistakes and ask questions, and develop their skills. For language, it is necessary to teach both exam skills such as answering techniques as well as the command f the language, including grammar and vocabulary.
