For instance, if he or she is interested in a particular topic, say, cars, I will find relevant articles/Youtube videos and link them to the topic that I want to teach. For instance, I can use the COE bidding system to illustrate the concept of demand and supply. This will generate the student's interest in the topic and enable me to build rapport with him/her.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I will purchase the latest guidebooks and exam papers so that I am clear about the current syllabus and the most commonly asked type of questions.

As a Good Tutor: As a good tutor, I will ensure that my student's learning needs are met. For instance, if he is a slow learner, I will be more patient and give more examples so that he will be better able to understand the concepts.

In addition, I will also pay attention to my student's emotional needs. For instance, if he is feeling stressed up over examinations, I will advise him to stay calm and give him useful examination tips to tackle his exam blues.
