        I can take on assignment immediately. I work on public holidays except Christmas and Chinese New Year (first 2 days). I do not work on Sunday as I strongly believe as a tutor I need sufficient rest to charge up for the week ahead so as to give full attention to the student.

        I introduce incentive scheme to encourage students to work hard but I also mete out punishment if my homework is not done.
        Students often share with me their thoughts which they don't even share with their parents.

        I am still in touch with students who has completed their studies and have meals with their parents during the school holidays.

        Very often, parents also invite me to dine with them especially when tuition runs into dinner time. Also, I ended up teaching the student's siblings and those is evident, not only of my rapport with parents, but their confidence in me being able to guide their children.

        These rapport and trust are built upon myI sharing with parents of my teaching style and keep them updated on a monthly basis on the progress of the student. Of course, the student's academic performance is the KPI.

                    I started giving tutorials as a part time tutor since my poly life (year 2012). I am a warmhearted person because I always hold free tutorial sessions for my friends/classmates in school which helped them a lot (based on their feedbacks). One of the examples is that my poly friend's mathematics grade has improved from grade 'E' to 'B' under my one-month period of assistance!                     As a Math tutor:
                    I have achieved both A1 in O Level Elementary Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. For my study in polytechnic, I selected both Advanced Mathematics -- linear algebra and Advanced Mathematics -- differential equations as my elective modules, and I achieved Distinctions for both modules. I was also representing my school for the Australia Mathematics Competition in the year 2014.
                    I kept all my mathematics notes since my O level time, so I can give a lot of useful notes and practice questions which will definitely benefit the student's study in Mathematics!


                    As a Chinese tutor:
                    I achieved A1 in O level Chinese. As compared to other Chinese tutors, my advantage in tutoring Chinese subject is that personally I'm a foreign tutor from Shanghai. But don't worry, I can speak fluent English. So I can offer both English or Mandarin explanation as you request!
