Rapport Building: I would build rapport differently based on the students character. I would use treats for rewarding the kids for being an attentive student. And i also do weekly update to the parent on their child's progress so that they are updated with their child's improvement and weaknesses.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: Often keep updated by talking to friends who are working as Primary school teachers. Often browsing the assessment books to keep myself updated with the latest curriculum.

As a Good Tutor: I am patient and encouraging, but at the same time I can be strict and stern and it all depends on the child's character. I believe each student has their own individuality and one size fits all teaching method should not be applied to all students.

Commitment / Other Details: I am currently a Management Associate Officer at NUS Business School under Finance and Ranking.
