Rapport Building: I believe a sense of humour and honesty is key to communication. As the tutee's learning and understanding is crucial, no information should be held back or else the tutee's growth is at stake.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I would get similar textbooks to keep up with any changes that cambridge might see fit. Assessment books are also a good way to know what students are being taught.

As a Good Tutor: I think patience and a good temper is key to teaching. Problems will definitely arise and i believe one can truly absorb what he's learning by being in a conducive environment. With proper guidance, direction and effort, the tutees can expect to surpass their perceived ability of themselves.

I will encourage learning of Mathematics through daily life experiences, as it is my personal believe that having a strong foundation in Mathematics is important in life. My wish is for student to find Mathematics useful too, and feel the fun in learning the subject. I am patient and have sound foundation in Mathematics (Grade A in PSLE, A1 in GCE 'O' level, A in module 'Mathematics 1' in University of London). When i was previously a student, i explored different ways in learning my subjects, with the goal to learn up things most efficient and effective way - its the quality rather than the quantity (of hours spent) that counts!
