Tuition/Teaching Experience: I volunteered with Good News Community Services in my J1 year to offer peer tutoring services to primary school children, taking ownership of their progress in Mathematics and English.

I am a patient tutor who wishes to kindle a love of learning in my tuition kids by extolling the virtue of reading. Although I do not feel that my students' breadth of knowledge should be confined by the syllabus in any way, I firmly believe that any further reading must be underpinned by a thorough understanding of the set of syllabus at hand.

Although I may be lacking in experience when compared to many of my counterparts, I hope to be able to make up for that with the imparting of life lessons which I have acquired during my national service stint to my students.

Tuition/Teaching Experience: I've just finished my A'levels at Victoria Junior College, and I took H2 Bio, Chem, Math, Econs as my subjects. As a student myself who just finished O'levels a few years ago, I am still clear of my concepts and I am willing to guide the students through patiently and work with the students closely to ensure that he/she learns the best. I would also work with them closely to clear any misconceptions that the students may have and teach them my studying methods. We also need to keep material fresh, with prior research and evolving reference material. Everybody has the right to learn at their own pace, and one must tailor the approach accordingly. The needs of the student come first.
