      I have had experience mentoring my siblings and some of my friends in the past, but have never tutored as a job.

      I have a motivation to teach math on the primary level, as I feel that is an important period of time for children to pick up an interest in the topic, as well as the necessary motivation and skills to help them in their coming education.

              As a good tutor I think dedication, passion, patience and compassion needs to be present. This is because students will only ask for tuition as they are either unable to grasp the knowledge by themselves or are unclear. Thus tutors job is the make sure they understand their work.
