I build a good relationship with students by asking showing a genuine interest in them, and feedback to the parents the student's academic improvement, especially if the student has emotional or problems in school.

            I download a copy of the syllabus whenever it has changed from the SEAB website.
            Textbooks and assessment books are also bought when they are changed.
            Assessment papers are obtained from students whenever possible to keep up with the school system.
