Keeping Up with Curriculum: I do read the syllabus very often. Having had the privilege to have compiled Syllabus Outline answers for my alma mater after I graduated, I am competent at helping your child "study smart", in a concise manner.

I can prepare documents (that are catered to my student's needs) to aid the lesson, upon request. I will render out homework to track the student's progress every now and then. And I plan to keep the student him/herself abreast - in terms of knowing the syllabus well.

As a Good Tutor: I have a serious passion for education. As someone who was educated in a local school from Primary through Secondary School, and then in an International School for Junior College, I had the privilege of immersing myself in the best of both worlds. If there is one thing I learnt after I graduated from JC, and started teaching, it would be that grades are so very important, but so are the intangibles.
