          I advocate positive reinforcements in my teaching and my lessons are less strict, this makes students more comfortable around me and I could learn what are their strengths and weaknesses and allow them to use these as leverage in learning. I also tend to allow students to have fun whilst learning and bond with them. Parents usually trust me in committing in their children's development, as I have worked very closely with my previous students' parents and constantly updating them on their children's strength and weaknesses.

            basically I am of a funny and friendly character, hence would be more like a friend to students rather a strict teacher, will try to find a fun and easy way to teach students so they able to better understand the problem. But sometimes, need to be strict to students so that they will not be lazy in doing their homework. As for parents, I am open to feedbacks from parents and would update parents here and there about students progress and see how we can work tgt to help student improve :)

            I tend to keep up with the students where I will check what have they learn in sch and on top of that, will teach based on their syllabus on the part that they are not good in:)

            basically fun, friendly, able to spot students weakness in the subject taught and able to find a easy way that suit the student to teach them until they can understand fully. also sometimes must be strict in making sure they do homework as good grades comes from keep practicing and revising. also will see what is student interest in and then relate to that to help them build will power and motivation to learn the subject well.
