Rapport Building
I advocate positive reinforcements in my teaching and my lessons are less strict, this makes students more comfortable around me and I could learn what are their strengths and weaknesses and allow them to use these as leverage in learning. I also tend to allow students to have fun whilst learning and bond with them. Parents usually trust me in committing in their children's development, as I have worked very closely with my previous students' parents and constantly updating them on their children's strength and weaknesses.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I will conduct my own research and also browse through several supplementary books offered in local bookstores. Also, I have contact with my previous peers and tutors who could assist me in better understanding the recent developments of any subjects.
