Keeping Up with Curriculum: I am considered as a young tutor relatively, therefore, I can communicate with the students better and understand what are the common weakness of a student in certain subject. Syllabus wise, I am quite confident that my syllabus will not differ much from their current syllabus. I can also give them relevant exam tips.

As a Good Tutor: Firstly, I think that I am able to motivate the student to study on their own. As I am a young tutor, I know what are the motivations student needed to study for exams.

Secondly, I can also teach my students the way and techniques I used during my times to memorize certain formula or equations.

Lastly, I will also provide summary and mind map for each topic to aid the student in revising their work easily.

Commitment / Other Details: I am able to commit until end of March, and will take a 2-3 weeks break for my university final exams. I will be able to tutor once a week only if need be. Other than that, I will be overseas in end june and early july for an overseas community service program and seek the parent's and tutee's understanding that I am passionate about serving the community and will also take my work seriously. Rapport Building: My mother and I usually bake a lot of cookies and chinese new year goodies for now, we love to share these food with people around us. Also, I will not go around the house unnecessary and do my best to minimise disruption in the house as I know that I am still an outsider after all and it is always not convenient to have an outsider in the house for more than an hour. :) Thank you very much!

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I refer to my brother's curriculum and also I have teachers that I still keep in contact with in Primary school and also secondary school. My friend's brothers are also in upper primary and secondary schools. I can update myself from collecting materials from them! I also have younger siblings who are still studying in secondary school.
