          I love teaching and being a teacher used to be my aspiration and now that i am able to help students who are struggling, i am more than happy to.           Firstly, being a good tutor requires patience. I must listen to student's questions and doubts and explain till they understand how things work. Secondly, being a good tutor has to have responsibility in the way i teach my students and also help to nurture them into better students not just academically but also mentally. Thirdly, a good tutor would never give up on their students no matter how much struggles there are. Perseverance is very important as well.

                As a tutor, I am very easy-going yet meticulous. Therefore, I would interact more and reprimand less. I constantly reward and praise my students as a form of motivation to give them the mettle to do better. I believe this will boost their confidence and willingness to score better for their subjects. Also, I am very willing to clarify any questions throughout the week should the student need extra help along the way.

                I give out other school's past year papers to ensure that I keep myself updated with the curriculum and not stray away from the syllabus. This will keep myself in check on what will be tested during the exams. Also, I will be liaising with the student on the updated curriculum.
