I have been a student before and thus, I understand that building a good relationship with my student is very important to his academic.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I have friends who have kids enrolling in primary and secondary school. Occasionally, I would use their kids school material and keep me updated of the school curriculum.

As a Good Tutor: As a good tutor, one must set a good example. I have to present myself as a role model because students will change their learning behaviour depending of what time of teacher they met. I have to be responsible for my students academic and through this, it will help build a sustainable passion in them for learning. Other than teaching them the knowledge they need for examinations, I think that tutors may also impart some important moral values to them which is important for their up-bringing.

As a Good Tutor: I think that as a good tutor, we must be patient and explain more to the students till the point that they can understand and fully absorb the knowledges that they've learnt. Also, having constant encouragements to the students is important as well, as students will be willing to learn due to the interests in learning build up by the tutor's encouragements and questions students have.
