Commitment / Other Details
I am available on all Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 1:00PM to 5:00PM including public holidays. I do not teach during the first few days of Chinese New Year.
Rapport Building
I will give a lot of encouragements to my students and be very patient when I am teaching. I also communicate with all parents as it is necessary for the parents to know how well/bad their children do and how I will go about to help my students to improve. I will also teach according to my students' preferences as it is easier and more comprehensive for my students to absorb and understand all the techniques and knowledges I teach them.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I will check with the internet and also check with my students of the latest syllabus before I start teaching my students. So as to teach the right thing that they need.
As a Good Tutor
I think that as a good tutor, we must be patient and explain more to the students till the point that they can understand and fully absorb the knowledges that they've learnt. Also, having constant encouragements to the students is important as well, as students will be willing to learn due to the interests in learning build up by the tutor's encouragements and questions students have.
