Keeping Up with Curriculum: By reading through the syllabi and also following up with friends or juniors in respective levels, I am able to source for school papers to get myself updated with the curriculum taught in schools.

As a Good Tutor: I believe a good tutor should be able to understand and teach her students based on the students' needs. Helping student to score is a good thing, but a good tutor should be able to make the student grasp the concept well to prevent pure regurgitation of materials especially for subjects like Sciences and Mathematics. A good tutor is patient and versatile in teaching her students.

I have also just been on a teaching internship for the past 3 months in Bedok North Secondary School as I am very keen to pursue a degree in teaching. During my internship stint, I taught Geography to 4 different Secondary 1 classes of varying abilities and a Secondary 2 class Mathematics. Keeping Up with Curriculum: As I have been tutoring my juniors and friends, I can still remember most of the content. I am also always willing to revise my materials before class to ensure that I am up to date with the curriculum and familiar with the content.

As a Good Tutor: I have been teaching my juniors and peer-tutoring my school mates, and I really do enjoy teaching :) I believe in giving the best in everything that I do, thus whenever I teach my juniors or help my friends, I will give my best and genuinely feel happy for them when I see that they have improved.
