Tuition/Teaching Experience: I am currently studying in Nanyang Polytechnic, school of engineering, course of Mechantronic Engineering. I am doing well. All maths subjects and subjects that are related, 'Distinction' or 'A' grade was given. Fundamental concepts handled very well, can apply formula without referring to formula list.
I learned secondary maths by myself, it's very easy to me.
I can teach either in English or Chinese.
I was selected to be a tutor to help students that were not doing well at maths last semester. Having this experience, I know I can communicate with my tutee easily, I can find their problem of learning, then help them to solve it. I will do my best to do my job, hopefully can correct their bad habit of studying.

As a Good Tutor: To be a good tutor one has to be approachable and able to make the student feel comfortable. That is the first step to having a good student-teacher relationship. A good tutor would also need to be flexible and reactive because a lot of the times, students are unable to understand what their teachers in school are teaching. As such, a good tutor should be able to react to unanswered questions and find new ways to help them understand the subject. Overall, a good tutor does not need to have all the answers but be able to find out about things they do not know and be creative in teaching their students.
