Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have done relief teaching at CHIJ St.Joseph's Convent for about 7months.
I received the MOE Teaching Award and as part of my scholarship, I did a one month internship at Holy Innocents High School where I taught and assisted my mentors in History and English classes. I have experience in drama as I have assisted drama classes for teenagers as well as children. I am very warm and friendly and I enjoy imparting new and creative ways of learning to my students. I am very dedicated as a teacher and I hope to inspire students to love how and what they learn.

As a Good Tutor
To be a good tutor one has to be approachable and able to make the student feel comfortable. That is the first step to having a good student-teacher relationship. A good tutor would also need to be flexible and reactive because a lot of the times, students are unable to understand what their teachers in school are teaching. As such, a good tutor should be able to react to unanswered questions and find new ways to help them understand the subject. Overall, a good tutor does not need to have all the answers but be able to find out about things they do not know and be creative in teaching their students.
