Keeping Up with Curriculum: Reading up on the current textbooks, assessment and supplementary books that can be found easily at the bookstores. Updates on syllabus can also be found online at SEAB website.

As a Good Tutor: Be patient, understanding, motivating and flexible. Each student's capability is different and there is no fixed approach to teaching. There will be objectives to be set for different student and we work towards them. Managing people (especially students) require alot of patience and be tactful. Reward when necessary to motivate students and punish in appropriate manner when needed.
