      I approach the student as a friend, this would enable the student to open up easier and absorb information. First I would spot their weaknesses, then tackle them, in whole, I aim to strengthen every aspect of their studies. On parents, it is important to constantly give feedback and summary on the student's progress.
      Keeping Up with Curriculum
      I uses the textbook requested by their school, then I would be able to note the change in content through the years, as i have been active as a tutor for the past 7 years. Since i am diverse in my education, having biology and chemistry in Poly and physics in university, i am able to pull in different teaching examples, which would make it easier for the student to understand. I do buy textbooks and assessment books, reviewing them yearly.

              I have been teaching for seven years. I have taught levels up Sec 2. I really love to teach and especially share the joy when the students progress.. I am doing Bsc Biomedical sciences at MDIS. I am free almost everyday and weekends afternoon onwards. I am flexible with the timing too. And its alright if we can't stick to a specific timing, meaning every week timing varies based on other plans, i am fine with it. I always work with a handbook.
