As a Good Tutor
Needs to be patient and spend time to coach the student in the event that they do not understand the method being taught. Willing to teach and explain to the student in a way that they can understand better since every student has their unique way of understanding things. Able to provide and prepare proper materials and also any additional materials to aid the student in whatever ways whenever required. Build not only a mentor-mentee relationship but also become a friend with the student where they can share more about themselves with you and hence from there understand the student better to mentor them better and help them improve their studies.

Having been inspired by my primary school teacher Mr Lim, who taught me how to do great public speaking while keeping up excellent grades, I learnt that children are much more capable than we grant them to. Their growing years in primary school can mould them to be confident, strong and adaptable to anything else they come across in future.
