Tuition/Teaching Experience: Patience is an important virtue to be a good teacher and that is how I teach my students. I let my students understand that tuition are not extra lessons "forced" on them but lessons that are to help them clear their doubts in order to get better results. I always welcome my students to call me whenever they have difficulties in their schoolwork or if they need a listening ear. Lastly, I believe having good foundation would help the students to understand their work better and will not hesitate to teach them their previous level topics if they are having difficulties in their current level topics.

Being consistently one of the top students in my primary school class as well as in a triple science class in NYGH I was given many opportunities to practise teaching my peers whenever they needed assistance in their academics, especially in science and mathematics. This had enabled me to brush up on my explanation skills, an essential criterion for a good tutor. In addition, I have learnt the importance of patience in teaching.
