    I was a relief teacher at VJC and gave tuition for 5 years in all subjects. Being consistently one of the top students in my primary school class as well as in a triple science class in NYGH I was given many opportunities to practise teaching my peers whenever they needed assistance in their academics, especially in science and mathematics. This had enabled me to brush up on my explanation skills, an essential criterion for a good tutor. In addition, I have learnt the importance of patience in teaching. Moreover, my 12 years of training in performing arts in guzheng, choir, dance and speech and drama, together with 5 years of project work have built up my confidence, enabling me to express myself effectively.
