All kids are smart n motivated, its about opening their mind window to excel in they encounter.
I am highly experience in motivating individual to excel in their endeavors.
An P4 kid was not motivated. After 3 tuition classes he is excited in problem solving.
After 2 classes, P6 kid improved from 40th to 4th in class.
Sec 2 Kids understand well their topics n teachers exemplified their approach as is simple and systematic.
A part time Undergrad said: "Dr Ong is an excellent communicator and excel in imparting basic concept and fundamental which makes my subject easy and interesting. After failing my subject, I seek Dr Ong for help and a whole term course (10wks) becomes a interesting 4 hrs discussion. Result: I got a B+ in the reseat paper (normal reseat students get D)
