I was previously in a Mentoring Programme while I was in Temasek Junior College. I had a total of 3 tutees. For these 2 years, my role was to assist them with their academic results.

I was my teacher's assistant while I was studying in Secondary 3. I had a group of peers of my same age under me for a period of 2 years (Subjects taught - Geog, A/E Maths, Bio, Hist, H/Chi)

I was 1st in Level for Geography and Combined Humanities in Secondary 3, and I also obtained a Distinction Award in International Competition for Sch ( SCIENCE ).

I do have experience in teaching Sec School Maths for 2 years.

Currently I am working at near Outram Park. For weekdays, I preferred to give tuition at night. For weekends, morning and afternoon sessions will be preferred. We can always negotiate time.

I can travel to the tutee's home for private tuition. As long as we can negotiate time, I will be available. ( Able to commit for a long period especially Primary School Students)

          I am available on any day of the week except for Fridays and Sundays. On weekdays, I am available from 5pm onwards, and on Saturdays, I am available in the mornings.               I unbdergone a one month stint as a teacher's assistant at a tuition centre, preparing notes and worksheets to be used across the tuition centre chain. Through this experience, I learnt how to enjoy the interaction between tutors and students. A tutor not only has to help the student academically but also help in their development as a person as well as their well being. As a teacher of a class is unable to give full attention, I believe a good tutor will be able to help specific to the students' needs.
