I unbdergone a one month stint as a teacher's assistant at a tuition centre, preparing notes and worksheets to be used across the tuition centre chain. Through this experience, I learnt how to enjoy the interaction between tutors and students. A tutor not only has to help the student academically but also help in their development as a person as well as their well being. As a teacher of a class is unable to give full attention, I believe a good tutor will be able to help specific to the students' needs.
