Have seen grade improvement of C to A in J2 H2 Math after only a few sessions. I am patient and dedicated, where I will ensure that the child fully understands the concept by the end of the lesson.
Rapport Building
I prefer to build a rapport with the tutee such that they are more comfortable during lessons, and I believe that using more engaging resources to guide the child makes them grasp concepts easier. I see myself more than a tutor, but as a mentor to the student, and I care about the emotional well-being of my students as well.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As a Good Tutor
I provide notes for JC H1/H2 Math. I also expose the student to various questions that might possibly come out in the examination to better prepare them for it.

      Able to commit for as long required, as long as the timing does not clashes with my lessons in university. For now, able to work weekdays 5:30pm onwards, saturdays 12pm onwards, sundays 8am-12pm

      I personally love kids! Tutor before a few younger children age 5-8, like to engage them with interesting videos but still teach the relevant content well. I aim to let younger children not only learn well but also see the use of learning the content and find joy in learning. I generally also love young kids and I am patient towards teaching them.
      For older students, as i am still young, it can be easier for us to connect and relate due to the smaller age gap!
      Keeping Up with Curriculum
      Teaching in one of moe secondary school now, hence familiar with secondary school curriculum. Have a family member in primary school, thus I am aware of the current primary syllabus. Just graduated from alevels last year, personally know the syllabus very well.
