I believe in arousing the pupil's interest when learning science and encouraging him or her to ask questions from his observations of our natural world.                 I have participated in Chemistry Olympiad and taken H3 Chemistry, giving me a deep understanding of Chemistry. I have taken a P6 for maths, and she managed to improve from D to B in about 3 months, and a S4 in maths who improved from E to B in half a year. I have also conducted lessons in a virtual format so we can support current efforts in social distancing, as well as offering both you and I greater flexibility, and lessons would be able to continue if there were to be another lockdown.

                    Keeping Up with Curriculum
                    My teaching style is based on first-important-principles. I believe school notes to be quite unorganised and difficult to navigate, hence I curate my own set of notes for the relevant topics. My notes aim to break down topics into simpler parts and allowing the students to understand each individual part before we finally piece together these parts to get the big picture image of the topic. By tackling topics from a micro followed by macro perspective, students are much better able to understand the topics. We will build on the student's knowledge by reviewing several questions that are progressively more difficult.
