Keeping Up with Curriculum
Since I've just finished my A-Levels (2020) and O-Levels (2016), the syllabus is still quite fresh in my memory. However, I do plan to purchase the relevant textbooks, books and read up. Alongside with making my own notes to study them. That way I can also teach the student how to have effective study methods too.
As a Good Tutor
I am willing to teach Sciences and English to those who require it and I will do my best to exercise my responsibilities to my fullest capability. Not only will I support your child in their academic journey but I will also provide the moral support your child requires and cultivate the love for learning.         I am an undergrad hence I believe I am still pretty much in touch with what the younger students like to talk about. I am also very patient and friendly, which makes me very approachable and easy to talk to. I have volunteered at a camp for underprivileged children ( aged 7-12) where I helped to take care of nearly 20 kids for 4D3N and bring them around for games, while there were occasional challenges, I would say the experience showed me how patient I could be with children and the care I had for them. As a would-be tutor, I will definitely do my best to help my students improve.

        As a current undergrad, I believe that I am still in touch with the syllabus. Should the need arise, I would not mind doing extra readings on current textbooks to help my students better.

        I believe that one of the most important qualities of a teacher is patience. People around have often described me as a patient, friendly and optimistic person. I believe these qualities would make me a good tutor, where I not only can build a good rapport with my student but also patiently teach them concepts that they cannot grasp.
