Tuition/Teaching Experience: Attending my high school in an European international school has broaden my knowledge in many ways. I went through the International Baccalaureate diploma, the most prestigious pre-university program in the world. I aced my languages and obtained good grades for my diploma.

I have graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications. I am fluent in both English and Chinese languages. I am currently relief teaching all subjects at St Andrew's Junior School and as well as doing full time tutoring in the afternoons.

Commitment / Other Details: As I'm a part time tutor and full time business owner, I'm flexible to change of tuition timing to accommodate to the students as well. But my preferred timing are weekday afternoons.

Rapport Building: I like to spend an extra half hour outside the teaching hours during the first meeting to build a mentor/student plus friendship with the student. As my students are usually already young adults, I'll chat with them about their goals and how they plan to achieve their goals. As we understand each other better, I believe they will feel more at ease to start learning from me.

Also, I have been learning the piano since 6 years old, first at Yahama and then at Cristofori when I was 13. I attained my Grade 8 ABRSM Pass last year and I have also passed my Grade 5 ABRSM Theory with distinction.

During my internship, I co-taught and relief-taught classes. I am familiar with the common questions and problems students may face in the course of their studies.
