Tuition/Teaching Experience: The nature of my Counselling degree course has allowed me to gain a high level of interest in working with children. During the pursuit of my current degree, I managed to give private tuition to 2 students who were facing difficulty in coping with the English Language. From what I have learnt in my modules, I managed to talk to the child and coached her to understand the importance of learning and not just achieving a grade. Through the child's hardwork, she was able to achieve a B grade for English Language in her PSLE score last year.

I am patient and treat children with care as I understand at their growing age, they are facing tumultuous amount of pressure from school, peers or from their parents/caregivers. I will be able to contribute and guide the student efficiently.
