Provide feedback to the parents on what are the child's strengths and weaknesses, and how we can work together to allow the child to realise his/her potential. Know and understand the character of your students, so that you know the right way to communicate to the individuals.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Circle of friends who are in the education (teachers / tutors / writers for assessment books) industry, thus able to know the changes in curriculum and be updated with the latest edition of assessment guides.
As a Good Tutor
Patience, ability to interact with students and make them grow to like the subject that they are weak in.
