The parent will be updated about his child's progress after every session, by showing the parents a before and after image of test papers and whatnot.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I am always studying the textbooks and syllabus, trying out test papers to keep myself updated with the syllabus, and ensuring that my problem-solving skills do not turn rusty.

As a Good Tutor: A good tutor should be dedicated to the child, friendly, but at the same time realistic about his student. The most important quality would be to be committed to the child's learning. Even though it is easier said than done, I will definitely give my best and commit to the student, giving my best shot at helping him improve.
