In 2012, I helped my cousin with O Level E and A Math weekly. He was able to clear his misconceptions and learn new ways to approach different Math problems.

I have experience in teaching younger children from ages 3-16. I started teaching about 4 dance classes in 2010 where each class has slightly more than 10 children. I have also been the assistant teacher in my Christian Bible study group for children since 2005. Hence, I believe I am able to communicate and help children of different age groups to do their various assignments, be it academic or non-academic.

I scored A2 for both elementary math and additional mathematics for my GCE O LEVEL and A1 for phy&chem for gce o level
I scored A for my H2 mathematics and B for H2 chemistry and obtain the top 25% in my school cohort during my JC.
I would always ensure that my student understand what i'm teaching and will conduct a mini quiz before teaching them so as to find out their level of understanding as well as their weakness. From there, i'll then help them with it. Normally the first few lessons will be on the fundamentals concepts before proceeding to the tougher questions.

I have tutored Primary 4 mathematics for a year at a volunteer programme that aims to help students from low-income homes for a year, whilst I was pursuing my junior college education.

I taught a P5 child through P6 in English, Math and Science. When I took him in, he was a borderline pass for English, and he was failing Math and Science (low 30s). He received an A for English and Math, and a B for Science for his PSLE.

The other students I have taught have also shown a marked improvement in the course of me teaching them.

I am most comfortable teaching Mathematics and Science. Students have commented that they love it when I teach Science.

I can also comfortably teach lower secondary mathematics.
