Coming from an English-speaking background, I possess a solid foundation in English. My strength areas include the English syntax, especially grammatical aspects, and extend to essay-writing & its structural components.
I am also well-versed in Mathematics. My math performance in junior college led to the omission of Mathematical courses in my university programme. In addition, it also secured me a place in NTU's Engineering Faculty (although I later rejected it).
I believe that tutoring is more of the empowerment & application of knowledge than merely imparting information. I help students learn how to use the curriculum syllabus to their advantage (most students simply memorise textbook content) & improvise on their study methods, motivating them to strive for academic excellence.
