I have been teaching Secondary Maths since 2007
One of the greatest pleasures I got from this job will be the immense satisfaction that I feel when my tutees fully understand the concepts and perform well in the exams.
It shows that my constant effort and dedication to them have paid off and I have played a meaningful role in their lives.
When a tutor has been tutoring a child for a period of time, often the tutee will show a significant deterioration in studies when the existing tutor leave because the tutee has to adjust to the new tutor' teaching style.
It is precisely this reason that when I take on an assignment, I will stay with them for at least a year/till they complete their major exams
