I specialise in teaching Mathematics and as I have more experience in tutoring the subjects.
One of the primary school student I taught had difficulty coping with Maths in his school. Prior to teaching him, I was told by his mother that the student tried to do self revision from assessment books. But that did not help a lot. He still did not managed to pass his Maths.
After the first few lessons, I found that he is quite weak in his foundation for Maths. He had some difficulty in solving simple fractions. I helped to revised him more on the basics and managed to get him a pass at the end of the year exam.
