I have been doing voluntary peer tutoring since I was in Primary School. My tutees have all showed significant improvements. I understand that not only improvements are important, it is also crucial for the students to gain interest in what they are learning. Passion is the key to excel in academics and I believe that I have the ability to engage and motivate students to be passionate in studying.
