I have one year experience tutoring a secondary 3 student. She was very weak in Mathematics, especially A-Maths. Before tutoring her, she really had a difficult time trying to understand the concepts. But after helping her to clarify all her doubts, she managed to improve by 2 grades! From then on, i'm indeed encouraged by her and that's when i realised my interest in teaching :D
