I taught in kumon centres for about 2 years. I believe in motivating the students to study hard and not forcing them to study if possible. By doing so, students are more willing to study and are able to study independently. This enables them to improve at a faster pace as compared to pushing them all the time. However, when students do lack motivation, pushing will still be required for them to improve. Currently, I have a Secondary 3 Mathematics student.
Upper secondary level - A Maths Bio/Chem Biology Chemistry E Maths
Junior college level - Chemistry Maths
Commitment / Other Details
I can start immediately and is able to commit at least till mid 2012 as I am currently serving NS in a non-operational unit and will be free on weekday evenings and weekends.
