From my personal experience, i could see that everyone is capable of doing well. everyone is also capable of achieving good grades. With the help of tutors consistently working hard to help students, as well as students putting in efforts to their own work, i believe that the students will succeed in getting good grades. Hence, i believe that i can be the tutor that work hard together with the students to achieve what they wish to achieve.
